The Spring

The Spring was inspired by the gardener, who used patience and hard work to bring home the next harvest.

We designed this large square shape as a statement piece. It is modern, on-trend and we think rather fabulous!

A unique, limited edition, handmade fabric optical frame by

Zangye Danxia Geopark - China

“…a lesson learned that won’t soon be forgotten. Alas onward I had to travel as I left those friends behind to see something truly extraordinary. Traveling hours out of the nearest major city I had heard tales of the rainbow mountains that China had to offer. These were certainly something that I had to see for myself. We drove through the night as I had been informed that seeing these mountains in the morning light was a sight unequalled anywhere else in China. Having seen so much of it myself I admit I was dubious at first but seeing the light hit those mountains was truly breathtaking. Quite literally, I might add, I found myself momentarily breathless as the colours shone out for us. To me their stripes looked more akin to those of the zebra yet in fantastic colours…” The Memoirs of Miss Lou pg. 723

Bamboo Sea

The Mediterranean

“…and I swore that I would never try that again! Alas I had to leave and had managed to secure myself a place on a sailing boat headed across the Mediterranean. I cannot express through words the absolute beauty of that sea. The sheer blue of the water and the majesty of the cliffs that overlook it. You cannot help but be swept up in the history, imagining Roman Bireme’s sailing to war and the great heroes off on adventures. Swimming through the seaweed forests I was transported back to my time in Japan, walking through the bamboo, two worlds collided, and I was given an unforgettable memory…” The Memoirs of Miss Lou pg. 802
